Acceptable stay experience
excellent location friendly staff early closure water issue
The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly (especially Yuki at the front drive).
The rooftop pool closes early at 6pm. This is because it turns into a bar at that time. Water cut out several times (which was inconvenient).

harbor view excellent location minute walk
The room had a DARLING harbor view. The location was excellent for walking to Chinatown. It took only ten minutes. The ferry stop was also only a ten minute walk away.
The check-in area was small, and the check-in process seemed SLOW.

The location is superb, and i appreciate the two pools, each with a different perspective. the view of darling harbor is very nice.
