The room had city views from a higher floor (above level 7). The hotel provided ear plugs upon request, a nice touch. I found the staff professional and polite. I appreciated the bar located on the first level. It had a great atmosphere.

The staff demonstrated consistent professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. Georgina, the Loyalty Manager, ensured all my needs were met, and Ji Yang and Kim provided really good service during breakfast (i especially liked fresh juices).

the rooftop infinity pool met my expectations.
check-in was a mess, i waited at the counter despite checking in online. the room reeked of cigarette smoke. housekeeping responded to the smell, but these issues should have never occurred.

The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly (especially Yuki at the front drive).
The rooftop pool closes early at 6pm. This is because it turns into a bar at that time. Water cut out several times (which was inconvenient).

The room had a DARLING harbor view. The location was excellent for walking to Chinatown. It took only ten minutes. The ferry stop was also only a ten minute walk away.
The check-in area was small, and the check-in process seemed SLOW.

The location is superb, and i appreciate the two pools, each with a different perspective. the view of darling harbor is very nice. I think any harbor-view room offers the same unobstructed view. services were very efficient. When i requested pillows, ice, or towels, the response was rapid, and i am very pleased with this. i used the gym, it had new equipment.
i encountered a minor issue with the room's lighting near the desk, which required maneuvering to sit comfortably, but it was a very slight problem.

modern roomcomfy bedamazing location
i found the location amazing darling harbour is beautiful i also found the hotel in a perfect spot the room was spacious and modern i enjoyed city view a lot. the beds were comfy the kids liked the shark pillows on the beds so much i thought it was lovely. the staff helped anytime we needed assistance i even requested late check out and they held our bags until we went to the airport
i found the pool overcrowded at 4 pm therefore we couldn't get a space and we left disappointed after anticipating a leisurely swim
